How Buying Gold Works
(Warmane's Medivh Delivery Process Explained)

We try our best to make the gold buying process as easy as possible. We won't hassle you with contacting us first through Skype, sending payments as Friends&Family which are non-refundable, or making sales posts on vague forums. Even if we are offline, you can make a purchase on our home page and we will deliver you the gold as soon as we log in-game.

1) Pick the gold package that is right for you. You can do that on our home page.

2) Enter your character name, select your faction and provide us with an e-mail address that can be used to contact you.

3) Complete the payment through Paypal's website.

4) That's all. Depending on the current Medivh's trade practices, we may or may not e-mail you for a delivery appointment. If you require any specific delivery way (AH, Mail, CoD) just send us an e-mail right after you have made your purchase.

Important Note: We record and take screenshots of the gold transfer process. These files are used for our internal reference, or they may be used by us if you wrongfully dispute the payment.

Nothing else to add - rest assured, the gold is always delivered within 24 hours! We do try to be as fast as possible, but sometimes there may be some setbacks due to AFK responsibilities.
